Respire, perspire, expire
It’s all the same to you in the mire
You pay your money, but you got no chance
Choose an opinion, take one last stance
Keep preaching your love, but emitting your hate
Don’t want another voice in a crowded debate
So sit down and keep your silence, but here’s the twist of fate
You’re a born academic, but you were born too late.

Devise, surprise, surmise, revise
It’s all the same ‘til you open your eyes
Don’t know where you’ve been but you can see where you went
Empty packets of paycheques that could’ve been better spent
Your rational deviation wasn’t planned
So they say you’re wrong when they don’t understand
Can’t get you some respect
But what did you expect?
You try to make a point which they’ll constantly reject
So take notes and impress
Don’t try to express
You’re just from a higher school of intellect.
